Pratishtha Holidays Refund Policy

At Pratishtha Holidays, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to be fair and transparent in our refund policy. Please carefully review the following guidelines:

Booking and Cancellation

Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
Cancellation by the Customer: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or registered mail) to Pratishtha Holidays.
The date of cancellation will be the date on which the written request is received.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the following schedule:

Refund Schedule

More than 60 days prior to departure: 100% refund.
45 to 59 days prior to departure: 80% refund.
30 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% refund.
Less than 30 days prior to departure or No-Show: No refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain components of the tour package may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Airline tickets (depending on airline policies).
Non-refundable hotel deposits.
Visa fees.
Travel insurance premiums.
Service fees and booking fees.
Any deposits specifically labeled as non-refundable.

Amendments to Bookings

Requests for amendments to bookings (e.g., changes in travel dates, destinations, or passenger names) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Amendments requested within a close proximity to the departure date may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and therefore subject to the cancellation terms.

Cancellation by Pratishtha Holidays

Pratishtha Holidays reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient bookings, natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events.
In the event of a cancellation by Pratishtha Holidays, customers will be offered:
A full refund of all payments made.
An alternative tour package of comparable value (subject to availability).
Pratishtha Holidays will not be liable for any incidental expenses incurred by the customer, such as visa fees, travel insurance, or non-refundable flights purchased separately.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 45-60 business days of receiving the written cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on the bank.

Travel Insurance

Pratishtha Holidays strongly recommends that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.

Governing Law

This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
